Medical Supply Solutions is a family-owned medical supplier based out of Hickory, North Carolina. We started our company by servicing over 100 Assisted Living Homes in the Southeast with all of their medical supplies. To date, we have served thousands of residents in those communities with all of their medical needs on a monthly basis. We have also served those same facilities by delivering and maintaining their durable medical equipment, as well as supplying their disposable medical supplies. Along the way, we grew into servicing other areas including: EMS/Fire rescue, family practitioners, and skilled nursing facilities. Our product lines start with disposable medical, and through our sister companies (see below), have expanded into furniture, linens, and office products. We offer quality product direct from the manufacturer, and avoid middle-man cost. We believe that every customer's needs are important, no matter how small, and pride ourselves on our timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
We provide Medical Supplies and equipment everyday to our customers. We warehouse and store our customer's products and deliver the products in house in the state of North Carolina. With 3 locations strategically placed, we can fulfill any need our customer has.

Hickory Valley is the second of our 3 branches. We started Hickory Valley to service the needs of our non-insurance customers. That grew into serving our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing clients with their linens, towels, office, and now janitorial products. With our buying position in the market, we are able to offer premium product at advantageous cost.
Peak is the 3rd of our 3 branches. Peak was created out of the need in the long-term care market to have furniture that can withstand the damage that generally happens in the facility, but also be extremely affordable. Peak has fulfilled that promise, and now travels the country furnishing facilities from the ground up.
